leaves fathom their errors
with the expertise of
girls clamoring up the

called daylight abstraction
has become commonplace
in a world of imagined things
one's objective is clear
to sit on a bench & stare
at pacifists on bicycles
failure kicks about on
a plateau shadow relieves
itself of duty due to diminished
use like ideals shadow
never had an actual economy
overabundant cadavered
upright dolls we choke
the mediocre walks up
the street a tarnish in its
eye proclaims our chances
dead or at least slim to
none no more tight syntax
futile like twins basking
in the sun for a game to be
what's its worth it must have
